I have tracked down angry ghosts in court houses and dance halls, mansions and theatres.

I’ve made contact with the bitter dead who linger in restaurants, banks, ballrooms, boarding schools and lighthouses.

But it's libraries.

It's always the ghosts haunting libraries who seem grateful for a little more time before the lights go out.
